Operation principle:
1) Cylindrical polyfoam after being pierced on its center is penetrated on the loading
    roller of the machine
2) Makes rotary movement at a uniform speed and simultaneously feeds downward in 
    conformity with thickness requirements
3) When the vertical movement of foam meets the high-speed horizontal movement of 
    the strip cutter, the polyfoam shall be continuously decoiled and cut into certain 
    thicknesses    
4) Polyfoam is then rolled up
