Features:
1) Used for cutting PU rigid polyfoam, by foaming in box into slices of required thickness.
2) Cutter-tightening wheels, with good rigidity, are especially suitable for slicing PU
foam plastic with Shaw hardness below 80, and having big loading ability and stable
cutting properties.
3) Square steel worktable with smooth surface.
4) Strong structure is adopted to mate with rigid wheel case and to guarantee stability
and accuracy in the cutting process.
5) Uses a wide strip cutter, which produces no flying dust, and ensures smoothness
and good parallelism of slicing surface, without cutting trace.
6) Program-controlling operation, with advantages of precisely controlling cutter
height, easily setting computer, with photoelectric display function and convenient
manual and automatic operating modes.
7) Operation principles:
a) Consisted of cutter-tightening wheel, cutter raising and lowering mechanism,
worktable assembly and computer controlling system
b) Slicing thickness and cutter raising height are pre-defined, then cutter raising and
lowering mechanism goes into automatic working state, and the worktable
carries foam to be sliced by the strip cutter on high-speed rotating wheels
c) After slicing is finished, computer will send out a signal, and the cutter shall be
automatically raised to the preset height and the worktable will return to the
original place
d) At this time the cutter, deducting the raised height, will be lowered to the
appointed height and prepare for another cutting
