This machine can make highly-elastic, slowly-elastic, self-skinning, half-rigid, or rigid PU foam products such as seat cushions for vehicle use, pillows, toys, chair arms, steering wheels, dashboards, mirror frames, flower pots, insulating material, soles, burglaryproof doors, or fillings of elevators door.

a) Liquid monomer or pre-polymer, in a certain blending ratio, is delivered into the
mixing head
b) Mixing head agitates materials sufficiently, then injects them into the mould
c) Mixed materials then react and harden into shape, ripen and de-mould
